The celebrity personal trainer shows you how to get those sexy & lean arms for summer without looking like a body builder (which has been my excuse for years, but, having passed the big 30, gravity is forcing me to do something about it). And who to trust more than the woman responsible for Gwyneth Paltrow’s knock out body! These two exercises are very easy and done in a jiffy, so no more excuses….

I’m totally feeling this new ripped denim trend. Warmer weather requires more ventilation, so it makes perfect sense….It’s only fair to give your old pair of favorite jeans a second shot at life and what’s even better, you save money. Just make sure you stick to the following rules when destroying your favorite pair:

1.Less is more. A couple of rips will do the trick. Don’t overdo it, otherwise it can easily get skanky….
2.Oversize. I would go for an oversized pair of jeans, but if you prefer skinnies then you should definitely follow rule 1.
3.Complement, don’t overshine. Keep the rest of your outfit simple, don’t overdo with unnecessary accessories and busy prints.
